Maple Mustard pulled pork

This does need some alterations if you are sensitive to mustard.  In it’s place, use 100g of sesame seeds and 2 tablespoons of black pepper as a substitute for the wholegrain mustard and mustard powder – that way you get the same heat & crunch but without the nasty reaction in your mouth! Or, just miss the mustard out completely for a sweeter, stickier dish.
